Join a national regulatory team advising clients in the healthcare, social care and education sectors on complex compliance matters, investigations, transactional due diligence and representation at inquests and public inquiries. The role is based in the Manchester office with close links to the firm's other UK offices.

You will work on regulatory compliance across UK jurisdictions, conduct professional discipline and safeguarding investigations, prepare witness statements and reports, support sector M&A due diligence, and represent clients in inquests, public inquiries and related judicial review/tribunal matters.

Qualified solicitor with c.3–5 years' PQE in regulatory work (healthcare, social care and/or education preferred)
Practical experience conducting investigations (including disciplinary and safeguarding), evidence analysis and drafting statements/reports
Familiarity with UK regulatory frameworks for healthcare, social care or education and experience advising on compliance matters
Strong drafting, analytical and client-facing skills; ability to work in teams and contribute to business development and sector thought leadership
