Immediate opening for two junior associates to join a finance practice in the Charlotte office. The roles are focused on corporate trust and structured finance matters within capital markets transactions.

Ideal candidates will have 1–3 years' relevant experience, strong drafting and analytical skills, excellent academic credentials, and the ability to work collaboratively on transaction teams. The group welcomes applications from all sources.

1–3 years' post-qualification experience in capital markets/structured finance or closely related transactional work
Demonstrable experience with structured finance or corporate trust matters
Excellent legal writing and drafting skills
Strong academic record and effective interpersonal/teamwork abilities
