Qualified solicitor admitted in England & Wales
8–12 years' post‑qualification experience with strong contentious employment litigation background
Proven ability to handle complex employment disputes and provide practical, commercial advice
Experience delegating to and managing junior lawyers and trainees
Comfortable with regular client contact and cross‑border work; interest in business development and cross‑selling
