Associate — Technology (Sydney)

Join a leading global technology practice in Sydney as an Associate. You will work on technology, commercial and regulatory matters across the digital, telecommunications and data protection space, gaining hands-on exposure to drafting and advising on technology contracts and supplier/customer arrangements.

The role offers direct client contact, meaningful responsibility on matters, and regular collaboration with colleagues across the firm’s global network. The team provides structured learning, secondment and professional development opportunities to support career progression.

• 2-4 years’ PQE in technology, commercial or regulatory work
• Experience drafting technology and related commercial contracts; exposure to sourcing/procurement and vendor/customer arrangements
• Familiarity with privacy/data protection, telecommunications or digital regulation desirable
• Strong drafting, commercial judgment, client service and teamwork skills; relevant legal qualification
